Great Canadian Makers Market is a virtual community for makers, artisans and small businesses. They aim to connect talented individuals with a wider audience, promoting sustainability, creativity, and the spirit of Canadian craftsmanship.
Incorporating a modern font with an artisan feel to a few letters. The letters selected showcase the word 'Meet" which encompasses the community spirit of the Makers Market.
The goal of the re-design was to bring a more professional style while maintaining the craft market feeling. Requesting a more vibrant theme to stand out from the competition.
Original website and logo:
We first partnered with Cathy White Design Lab to explore new logo options. She took the time to get to know our brand by asking questions and doing research of her own. She delivered options that were exactly what our business needed and more. After finalizing the logo and new branding colours, we immediately hired her to design our website. We are so impressed with the detail and design of everything she has created for us. Our website and branding are better than we could have imagined and we will certainly be working with Cathy again on future projects.
